NorthStudioo is an independent visual design and AI creative studio led by Amir.

Submitting the contact form is an inquiry only. It does not create a contract, order, or payment obligation.
4. Project Agreements
Any actual project (scope, deliverables, schedule, price) is defined in a separate agreement between you and NorthStudioo. These Terms do not replace that agreement.
5. Services & Scope
Services include brand identity, social media design, product advertising posters, AI commercial visuals, and portfolio/presentation design. Exact scope is defined per project.
6. Pricing & Payment
This website does not provide online checkout or automatic payment. Pricing and payment terms are agreed separately per project.
7. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation and termination conditions are defined in the project agreement and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables are determined by the applicable project agreement. The NorthStudioo name, logo, and website design belong to NorthStudioo.
9. Client-Provided Materials
You confirm that materials you provide (texts, images, logos) do not infringe third-party rights.
10. AI-Assisted Creative Work
Part of the creative workflow may use AI tools as a design accelerator. Final outputs are curated and refined by the studio.
11. Confidentiality
Information shared for a project is treated confidentially and used only for that project.
12. Third-Party Services & Links
The website links to third-party services (e.g., Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website: no spam, no attempts to access restricted files or admin areas, no injection or disruptive activity.
14. Website Availability
We aim for good availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
